Yes, we usually provide stock samples for free. Custom designs require a sample fee, which is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Shipping via Fedex, UPS, TNT, or DHL takes about 2-4 days.

3. How long is the sample lead time?

Existing samples take 2-4 days. For custom designs, it typically takes 4-10 days depending on the complexity.

4. How long is the production lead time?

For quantities up to 100Kpcs, it takes 30-35 days. For low MOQ orders of 500 pieces, we can deliver within 15 days.

5. How many colors are available?

We use Pantone color codes to match your specific requirements. Simply provide the Pantone code, or we can recommend popular trending colors.

6. What is your payment term?

Our standard terms are 30% deposit via TT and 70% against the copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight.
