General payment terms are 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against copy of B/L or L/C at sight for new customers. Long-term partners may receive preferential terms.

3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per size/color for wall shelves, with a total order volume reaching a 20ft container. Trial orders of 100 pieces are supported with an additional handling charge.

A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days. Flexible production lines allow for shortened lead times in urgent conditions to meet sales schedules.

5. How long does it take to receive samples?

Sample lead time is approximately 7 days. We charge 3x price for new samples, which is refunded upon a formal order. Free samples may be available for stocked items.
