General terms are 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against copy of B/L or L/C at sight for new customers. Improved terms are available for long-term partners.

We typically accept 300 pieces or sets per size/color for shelf series. However, we support trial orders of around 100 pieces to help customers test the market.

3. What is the typical lead time for production?

A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days. We have flexible production lines that can shorten this time for urgent conditions.

4. Can I get a sample before placing a formal order?

Yes, sample lead time is about 7 days. We charge 3x the price for new samples, which is refunded after a formal order meeting the MOQ is placed.

5. Do you allow customization on your existing designs?

Absolutely. We are willing to make changes to product colors, labels, logos, packaging, and materials to better suit your specific market.
