Can you provide samples? Is there a cost?
Standard items are provided free of charge; you only need to cover the express shipping fee. If you have a freight collect account (FedEx, DHL, TNT), no express fee is charged. Customized samples require a sample fee.
What is the typical lead time for samples and production?
Samples are usually sent out within 3-10 days. For bulk production, we can generally fulfill orders of several thousand items within 15-30 days after order confirmation.
Can I customize the products with my own labels and logos?
Yes. You can either send us your label design for us to manufacture and apply, or send us your finished labels to be attached to the items.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM services, the general MOQ is 1000pcs per color for the best pricing. If you have a special request for a smaller quantity, please contact us so we can check our fabric stock for available solutions.
What are the available delivery and payment terms?
We deliver via sea, air, or courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx). Payment terms are T/T or LC, typically with a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance settled before shipping.
Where is the production facility located?
Our facility is located in Zhejiang province. We can provide business vehicle arrangements for clients who wish to visit our site.
