How do I get a quotation?
You can send us your detailed requirements, including the type of products you are interested in, their size, material preference, and approximate order quantity. We will then offer you our best price.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we can create sculptures 100% based on your designs, sizes, and specific details. Custom work is highly welcomed, and we can work from your drawings or pictures to meet your space requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) through your local bank. We also accept Western Union payments for your convenience.
Can I see the production process?
Yes. We keep our clients updated with production photos throughout the process. We do not pack or ship the products until we receive your final approval on the finished piece.
What are the shipment options?
We offer three main methods: 1) Express Delivery for rapid doorway service; 2) Airport to Airport for faster delivery of large items; 3) Seaport to Seaport, which is the most cost-effective method for heavy sculptures, typically taking about four weeks.
How to install the sculpture?
We provide very detailed installation drawings. Each part of the sculpture is marked with a unique number that corresponds to the provided drawing for easy assembly.
